The mentorship program is an opportunity for graduates of the Bridges Employment Program to revisit curriculum material in a more in-depth, impactful way. Curriculum material includes assertiveness, setting boundaries, communication skills, and conflict resolution skills building.

The program hosts a variety of mentors who are women working or retired in the Greater Victoria community. Mentors share their career journeys and how they reached their self-defined success. Mentors come from a range of fields of work, from employed to entrepreneurs, and diverse backgrounds.
